Is Wellenziah Vault free to use?
Yes. You can start free and add your family, upload reports and create an emergency card without paying. Paid plans with more storage and extra family features will come later. We will always tell you clearly before anything costs money, and your records stay yours either way.
Is my family's health data safe?
Your files are stored in a private, encrypted storage area. Only people you allow can open them, and every link expires after 5 minutes. Family managers must turn on 2 step login. An access log shows every view, upload, share and export, so you always know who saw what.
Can I use Wellenziah Vault in Urdu?
Yes. Every screen works in English and in Urdu, with a proper right to left layout for Urdu. You can switch language at any time from the top of the page or in Settings. Numbers stay in English digits so lab values and dates are easy to read.
How do I share a report with my doctor?
Open the Share tab, pick a family member, choose the reports or the health summary, and set an expiry of 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days. You can add a 4 digit PIN. Send the link or QR code on WhatsApp. The doctor can view but not change anything.
Does Wellenziah Vault give medical advice?
No. Wellenziah Vault stores and organises your health information. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor. The optional AI helper only explains report words in simple language and always asks you to discuss the report with your doctor. Please speak to a qualified doctor about any health concern.
