Everything you need to keep your family's health records in order, in English and Urdu.
Family profiles
Add parents, spouse, children and elders. Each person gets a card with initials, age, blood group and how many records they have. Members under 18 are always dependents managed by a guardian.
Health records
Store lab reports, prescriptions, doctor visits, vaccines, imaging, dental, eye and school forms. Take a photo with your phone camera or upload a JPG, PNG, PDF or HEIC file up to 15 MB. Location data is removed from photos before upload.
Health summary
See blood group, allergies with severe ones highlighted, current medicines, conditions, emergency contacts, the last doctor visit and the last lab report at a glance.
Emergency QR card
Print a wallet card or save a lock screen image with a QR code. A stranger who scans it sees only the fields you turned on, plus a Call button for your emergency contacts.
Doctor share links
Choose records or the summary, set expiry to 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days, and add an optional PIN. Revoke a link at any time and see how many times it was viewed.
Reminders
Set medicine, vaccine, test and follow up reminders that repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Add a daily medicine reminder in one tap.
Optional AI report helper
Turn it on in Settings to get report words explained in simple English or Urdu, and to read the date and test names from a photo. It never diagnoses and never suggests medicines.
