Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect and how we use it. This is a starting draft and will be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
Your email, name, optional phone number and language. For each family member: display name, relation, date of birth, sex and blood group. The health records and files you choose to add.
What we never collect
CNIC, bank or card numbers, or your full home address.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you: show your records, send reminders you set, and keep your account secure. We never sell your data and we show no ads.
Who can see it
You, family members you give access to, and people you send a share link to until it expires. Our staff cannot browse your records.
Optional AI helper
Off by default. If you turn it on, only the report text or a cleaned photo is sent to our AI provider for that request. Names, phone numbers, dates of birth and family details are never sent.
Your choices
Export all your data as a ZIP at any time. Delete your account to remove your files and records.
